To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask all guests to arrive 10–15 minutes early to ensure you have enough prep time.
Guests arriving > 10 minutes late may receive a shortened session, and certain services such as on-site photo selection or instant printouts may not be provided.
Guests arriving > 15 minutes late will be considered a 'no-show,' and the booking will be automatically cancelled without refund, regardless of reason.
No food or drinks are allowed in the shooting area.
You're welcome to take behind-the-scenes videos, but please do not photograph staff or equipment without permission.Wear whatever makes you feel confident — we’ll capture your best angles and expressions.
For family or couple shoots, we recommend coordinated tones or matching outfits for a clean, stylish look.
Dark clothing is best for passport photos.
Complimentary outfits are available for Concept and Couple Packages — feel free to ask on-site.
Glasses are not recommended due to light reflections. If needed, opt for glasses without lenses or clear contact lenses.Arrive with a clean, makeup-free, and well-moisturized face.
Full hairstyling is not included. If time allows, basic hair touch-ups may be provided.
Rhinestones, glitter, and decorative makeup are not part of the service. There is a ₩50,000 surcharge for concept makeup.
Makeup services are non-refundable once performed.Makeup services are available as an add-on: KRW 150,000 for female and KRW 80,000 for male.
Yes! We are pet-friendly — up to 2 pets per session.
Pet surcharge: ₩30,000 per pet
Please inform us in advance if you're bringing pets.Once retouching has started, your selected photos cannot be changed.
Please make your final selection during the review session with care.You may re-request your edited files within 1 month of your session date.
After 1 month, we do not store or resend files, so please download and back them up promptly.Original photos are available as an add-on option at KRW 5,000 per photo.
All photos taken during the shoot can be purchased for KRW 70,000
Yes, we recommend making an online reservation in advance, as there are limited spots available for walk-ins. This will help you avoid an extra trip.

Yes, we offer a small selection of outfits and accessories for rent. The rental fee is KRW 30,000.
